finally taking this day before the cny is officially over to do a cny 'review'.. haha..

on the eve:
didnt have to wake up early in the morning for thai lessons so had the chance to walk to class with xin.. after that, since she had no viet, we went clementi and together we spotted and she bought a new pair of shoe.. lol.. in the afternoon, after we came back from clementi, the school was already quiet, though we saw friends like yenghian as well as our dearest 3214 mates during our lecture.. after it ended, it was darn quiet in school la.. haha..

had steamboat for reunion dinner, our 1st steamboat reunion dinner i believe (as far as i remember..).. nice nice cos it was just nice sitting together, surrounded by tonnes of food and was so full after that.. at night, went chinatown walk about.. crowded as expected.. my mummy was unwilling to wait and watch the firecrackers when it strikes 12 so we went home at 11 plus.. after trying to keep awake as long as possible (shou shui, which is supposed can give parents longevity), we slept at 3 plus.. no harm keeping awake for the sake of parents once a year right?

1st day:
went over to my aunty's house after visiting a relatively distant relative.. at my aunt's place, as usual, met the uncles and aunties that i see like almost once a year and i've already expected that they'll ask me what i'm doing currently and what i want do after graduation.. this year, nobody offered to give a 'guess' to who a social worker is.. wonder it's cos they know what a social worker does or they dunno wat to respond with.. hope it's the former thou.. lol.. and found out that another 1 or 2 distant cousins(those see once a yr de) are studying nursing in nyp.. cool.. haha.. since i'm intending to go into msw, skali we become colleagues.. haha.. so as part of this once a year 'bonding day', all of us cousins, distant or not, we just started playing cards.. think there were abt 12 of us playing cards at the same time and it wasnt easy thinking wat to play with so many people and juz a deck of cards.. haha.. so ended up playing heart attack.. was fun actually.. haha.. and unfortunately, i was like the oldest playing amongst them la.. lol..

at night went over to river angbao to walk walk and stayed to watch fireworks.. i'm seriously trying to perfect the art of shooting fireworks.. lol..

2nd day:
went to quite a number of places and i realised i seriously ate alot.. so that explains y i think i've put on weight though i never stepped on the weighing scale to confirm my speculation.. lol..

3rd day:
went queenstown there to buy plants home cos the previous pot we had, for some unknown reason, it wilted so we bought new ones to replace.. nice ones now.. got chance might post a photo.. hee..

at night, went over to chun huat's place for a little partying.. or rather, more like k-ing session. we were singing and singing.. was a coincidence that irwin was nearby and he joined us.. so managed to do some catching up.. haha.. it's always nice to suddenly see the group of us growing in numbers.. hee..

4th day:
my cousins came over, and my little niece, hannah, came along too.. less than a year old and absolutely cute.. haha.. an interesting 'shit' episode happened while she was here and i guess this will be how we will remember about a baby her when she grows up.. lol.. but she's really cute.. haha..

just this past sunday:
my last visiting of the cny ba.. went a gradaunt's house.. haha.. there we played our asshole daidi again.. haha.. and it was so funny, an aunt commented that my younger sis looked like my older sis so i was there teasing my sis about it.. wahahaha.. she muz be super upset la.. lol.. oops, i shouldnt be evil to be laughing.. sry la, cant help it.. haha..

i guess this kinda sums up my cny.. next cny will be diff le.. i'll prob be a working adult le and things they will ask will definitely differ.. a new stage of life we're going into.. that's life..
